i described it that way because that`s what happened............

i don`t believe that guy is getting charged with MISDEMEANOR assault.....

lawyers help me out here...what does this mean?.....

if the scumbag that threw the punch knew what he was doing,he could very easily have killed the dude that was minding his own business...the criminal that threw the punch, threw it like he was throwing a ball sidearm....thusly,losing his shoulder and body torque.......it was almost more of a slap with a closed fist....if that punch was thrown correctly at an unaware victim,it could have caused enough trauma to kill him....


lucky for the innocent fella....but even though the criminal proved he couldn`t fight his way out of a paper bag,the guy could have fallen and hit his head....

what is the potential penalty for misdemweanor assault?.....

i`ll be seriously pissed if that coward doesn`t do hard time.....hitting an unsuspecting person with a punch he`s not expecting can be every bit as dangerous as hitting him with a baseball bat...

he `s very lucky he punches like a sissy....he could have had a murder rap on his hands....

if the races were reversed we would have seen Rev. Jackson, SHarpton and the rest of the bunch all alleging hate crimes etc.

Where are they now??? Where is the outrage from the black community???

would have been determined to be a hate crime and the perpetrator would most assuredly have been charged with a felony....also,his identity would have been plastered all over the news....

has anyone seen the name of the perpetrator on the news?.....maybe because he`s only 17.....but,the cameraman(the buddy of the perpetrator) was 18,i believe...

This kind of crap makes me sick. If this guy doesn't press charges he is crazy. That was the most cowardess display I think I have ever seen, to make matters worse they were taping it. How many times have they done this before? How about the noises they made...it was like they were at a boxing match or something.

Yeah why isn't there any comment from Jesse Jackson or any other black leaders. I saw Jesse's act in person when he was trying to get those kids off that started the brawl at a football game about 50 miles from my hometown. Jesse Jackson does nothing but make matters worse. Look at us the poor black people. Well why doesn't he come out and say that a vast majority of blacks are killed by black people. By the way he is the worst role model possible- ask his former assistant that he knocked up and tried to hide their illegimate child.

I am not saying that we can make the world perfect with no problems and eden-like but some of these people who say they are trying to help have nothing but hidden agendas. This crap of just walking up to someone and sucker punching them is way overline. I wonder what their parents think.

I may be just as bad as them in some aspect because as soon as that coward was old enough I would be returning the favor he did to me.
