Wow, if I was into the whole GOY scenario stuff, then this would be it!

Boston College(+8) against Pitt.

Yes, Pittsburgh is #5 in the country, but let's face it, they have basically just escaped with wins in their last two games against Villanova and Providence...................this team just seems to lack the killer instinct. They are also a very poor 11-20 all time in the Big East tourney which reflects not only on their talent level but also, more importantly on coaching.

On the other hand, we have a very good Boston College team........18-10 on the year.........who are peaking at the right time. They have won 7 of their last 8 and have shown to be tourney tough, winning the Big East tournament twice, again which reflects on coaching as much as anything.

This one tips off at 7:05 PM at Madison Square Garden. On neutral courts this year, Pitt is 5-5-1 ATS, while BC is a sparkling 9-2-1 ATS on neutral floors YTD.

And don't overlook Pitt's troubles from the charity stripe. Ya, I know they went 16-20 last game, but this team is a poor free throw shooting team........63.4% YTD and 62.2% last 5 and that will bite them in the ass.

Big Play..........Boston College(+8)

Good luck out there tonight,
Tiger

I agree with your call, but that's a hell of a lot of games to be playing on neutral courts for one year, isn't it? Those numbers have to be off a little bit. Anyway, go eagles!!

Good catch nighthorse, those are the ATS numbers for both teams "on the road" YTD. And since this is a road game for both teams, that is where I was heading with those numbers. Sorry for any confusion.
Thanks for checking in.
