The wonderful French. One out of three wants Saddam to win the war, and they?re busy desecrating the gravesites of British and American soldiers who died liberating France from the Germans.

not sure....BUT....i can't see it being that high....then again....being a MUSLIM equates one's religious beliefs....it isn't one's race!!!
