You are missing the point. Nobody cares about the job he did other than it was funny that he fucked up after you posted that you have a friend.

This.

I didn't mean to stir stuff up by posting the deadspin story. Thought it was just odd/bad timing.

kneifl - chill man. He's a friend of yours and you hold him in high regard as a great guy, and rightfully so based on what you posted. No one can argue that.

I'm sure if he is willing to take on the job of being an NFL ref (and I'm guessing he has reffed some college and other decent levels along the way) he likely has thick skin and can handle players, coaches, fans and even random guys on the internet criticizing him or his calls.

Did he look a little bad in the clip? Yeah but so what. Who on here has ever had an opportunity to look bad on a national scale? Not many.

And I'm not going to get into the argument of crossing strike lines, replacement refs or any of that. Enough other guys willing to take sides in that one it seems.

These clowns are unbelievable. How that ref can be standing right there and say that brilliant Demaryius Thomas catch was an incomplete pass is beyond comprehension. HE WAS FUCKING STARING RIGHT AT THOMAS' FEET!

his right foot barely brushed the grass...even the announcers weren`t sure until they replayed it in slow motion....

You are quite a dumbass, sir. You could see the field turf spray up when he dragged his foot. That's usually a good sign that a foot is in contact with the ground.

Jon,
It is cool that your friend gets to live the dream so to speak but being the union man that I am, I still don't agree with crossing a picket line, ever. Regardless of all that as that isn't anything you didn't already know, don't let others on here get you down. I do that enough for both of us.

For anyone that doesn't know Jon, the guy is gold in my book. He is always one of the first people to call or write when things aren't going well. I don't know what all the bs is about and don't care but he is a good shit in my book. Not that that means shit.

Trampled,
You and I are good brother, try not to get so upset all the time brother man. You are a funny guy with lots to contribute. All the negative shit sucks though. Just saying. I like you but wish you would scale that back just a tiny bit.

Just sayin

Hope that helps,
FDC

Eddie

Go fuck yourself. Way to no show, no call to the golf outing. I cried myself to sleep both nights. Mostly because drunk ass Jaek snores like a freight train, regardless of that what's your problem? Are there no pedophiles looking to sue their victims in Cincy to represent this week. I happen to get sick of all the bitching on this miserable fucking site. You don't make anything any better either. Usually you only appear to kiss TBONEZ ass or some other waste of time.
How ya doing dickhead? Hope everything is okay with you man. You still suck at golf.

Hope that helps,
FDC

Thanks Cris, I appreciate it! Feelings are mutual.

Don't know too much about unions or how they operate, but I'm glad he is able to do these games too. It's too bad some are out of a job (I hate seeing some of my friends out of work right now). I read something about this being because of the NFL's greed and how much they would have to pay the striking refs in salary and retirement. Not sure if that is true, maybe both sides should meet and try to come to an agreement.
