That's what I'm thinking. There's not very many things on the individual level that the government taxes the income but doesn't allow the deduction on the other side. . . gambling is one of them, but since this is a skill game now, I suspect you'll get to write off your losses

If this does happen it would certainly make it more crazy playing live. In Ventura they will be moving into a larger facility next year expanding from 6 to 18 tables.
