Opening 1H and Team Totals

Can anybody tell me who is first to market with first half lines/totals and team totals both full game and half? I've seen Bet365 put up some stuff on Wednesday, but I'm trying to find out if anybody out there releases earlier. Certainly it's an offshore shop that opens these rather than Vegas. Any help would be appreciated :0008

Pinnacle sets the lines and offers it to a select clientele. They adjust according to the action they get. Then its released to the public.

Do we know when Pinnacle posts those? As of now they aren't up still for Week 5. Last week I checked their site on Tuesday and they didn't have anything up then either.
