STEVEHAVS: A unit for some may be $10 and for others it may be $1000. My unit now is $100, and if my bankroll set for the NBA goes up, do does my unit play. A unit is usually 3% or so of your bankroll.
Just look at what you have in your account and figure a percentage, and that's YOUR unit amount. Hope this helps.
mu plays are 1, 2, 3, and 5 units. The more I like the play, the higher the unit. Just start off slow at first to see how the teams are playing. Good luck!!!!

Regarding the Unit i did not follow the % rule for unit yesterday. But totally agree with what u say.
Of course what I have done is allocated certain $$ lets say 2 K for example for NBA .. but only put in $500 or so into the book to start off with .. If i can make it grow why let the other 1.5K be left there.
