Interesting play on the total. I just checked the weather and it is supposed to be very windy today in Balt. The only negative is that Clemens had an unreal amount of run support last year; over time that is due to even out. His 21-3 record(or whatever it was) was a bit fraudulent.

1) rangers +140 (park vs mulder)

the rangers were bad last year, not due to hitting; but their pitching sucked. park is a legit big time pitcher, and with the al batters really not seeing him yet could cause problems for the oakland bats. mulder has been smacked around this spring and the rangers are always dangerous with the bats, and now they have added juan gonzalez, and have pudge back to. worth it to make a play on the away dog.
