Auspice - I am on Huntington Harbor, right by Coral Cay. You wouldn't believe what they have done to the beach area south of Warner. All new facilities, plenty of room for running and bike riding on new pavement. Took a couple of years, but it is really nice now, though I prefer to walk on the sand. Too old and tired and fat to run!
