Over the last two seasons you could have made a lot of money betting EWU over. This year is no exception as they have gone over the total 7 times in 7 games. Tonight's total opened at 161.5 and got pushed up to 167. I don't know that you want to bet into a total that has moved that much. If you were fortunate enough to get the opener then you are in good shape by either staying with that bet or trying for a middle.

The line closed @ 9.5 for Gon, opened @ 12 or 13. That line came down and the Zags won and covered 90-75.
Interested if Spackler shows up in this thread, I hear that he is the God of E Wash prognostication.

At first glance the line looks high, it may be to high for a reason. To me, everything points toward taking the points. E wash has played Gon,Unlv, and Wash. Their SOS depending on the source is about 30 & Oregon comes in around 135. E Wash lost to the Zags early by 15 and lost their last to a similar matchup in Santa Clare by 23. Right now I'd have to say this game belongs to the chalk. I look for this line to come down to suck in the dog money and move back up. I don't have a play yet, but this line is telling me chalk wins.

I AGREE. I would hate to play the chalk in this spot. This line just has me thinking. I'm not kidding myself, just thinking out loud. This line doesn't make sense, as an easy dog cover. I think it's real close to the outcome. There are reasons to take the points, just think it to many. I have seen over nights as low as 14. I want to see where the money goes as the day moves on.

Taking E. Washington +18.5 for 2.5*. Not overly impressed with Oregon when I watched them play Nebraska last week. I also like the fact E. Washington has played some good competition.

No offense taken, I hope my response did not indicate other wise......BACK TO THE GAME ...... The thing that gets me about this line is EW lost to Gonz, UNLV, Wash by : 15,3,7 the line was 12,12,14 ..... all on the road and the line moved down to 9,8,12...... And they are getting 18 tonight ? It looks like to much of a gift if you look at these (3) games. When I factor in EW's last 2 loses to Santa Clar by 23 & Cal st N by 4 , this is not the same team as early on for what ever reason. Anyone see what I see ???? I'm a dog first kind of guy but this one says Chalk. I'll bet this line will come down to 16.5, if it does, I'm going chalk.
