Fact = CAL wins/covers in brutal, triple OT game vs Usc.

Public Perception = CAL does not have enough left in the tank to compete with the Beavers.
buddy's perception = OSU handled Andrew Walter and Ariz State, but Walter was not sharp and neither was OSU. Anderson was picked off 3 times. I just don't think OSU has the performance credentials needed by a road favorite to win/cover vs a Tedford coached team.
