The real story of War Eagle -

A young college student had a pet eagle who he had trained. After enlisting in the confederacy the boy took the eagle with him beacause he had no one else to look after it. The eagle would stay perched on the boy's arm before each battle. As the battle ensued the eagle would take flight circling the battle field. After each battle the eagle would return to his confederate master and friend. During one battle the boy was critically injured. The eagle still perched by his fallen friend. The eagle and the boy both returned to Auburn after medical treatment. I believe the boy soon died due to his wounds. A professor then adopted the eagle and the University began to recognize War Eagle as its battle cry not the mascot. The eagle circling the stadium ( or modern day battlefied as its resemblance ) before each game is a symbol of the Auburn man's courage and fighting spirit.

Oregon is now -25 and -25.5... Should I buy 5 points to get the original line. I could buy down to -21 and lay 2 to 1 odds, have a better number than you and in reality reduce my risk... Scott, why aren't we just playing the money line? This would allow us to not worry... We could bet 8000 to win 200

Scott, I know you're going to get really hot. I don't want my wife or children involved since you said they shouldn't. Going to wager 20K to win a nickel is a sharp move! You're so smart to buy points and play huge money line favorites. How can anyone be as smart as you... Also, what is your real record? Are you 15-5-1? Please advise as I hope to reduce my risk and coat-tail the KOD:0008

why doesnt Jack just ban you permanently

your useless around here.

you also never post any picks

Why should Jack ban me? You have no input as to whether people are banned on here. I don't attack anyone personally. All I said was that there were some funny comments in this thread. Big deal. Since when is it a requirement to post picks in order to be "useful" and have the right to post on this site?

Yeah, you post some of your plays and constantly make useless replies in your posts to build up your post count and to keep your thread at the top of the page. Pretty self promotional and useless. Gee, don't be all butthurt and lash out at others just because a guy posts your record on here when it doesn't suit you. Not many people have a winning record every year.
