THIS IS INTERESTING AND I THOUGHT WORTH NOTING....MOST OF THE PUCKS FORUM WILL REMEMBER I BREIFLY KEPT TRACK OF ANTI-CONSENSUS PLAYS IN PUCKS....WHEN I HAD THE TIME...TONIGHT WE HAVE A SCENARIO WHICH MY NOTES SHOW FALLS INTO A HIGH % PLAY...

THE CONSENSUS ON PHILLY IS 100% MINUS 1.5 ON THE PUCKLINE AND 73% ON THE MONEY LINE AS OF NOON...AT THE SITE I WOULD CONSIDER A "PUBLIC PLAY" SITE

THE SHARPER SITE IS IN COMPLETE CONTRAST AT 74% OTTAWA...WHEN THERE WAS A CONFLICT OF THIS MUCH DISCEPANCY BETWEEN THE TWO SITES THE LATTER PICK HIT AT ALMOST AN 85% RATE ...

OF COURSE I HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWING THIS ANGLE IN THE PLAYOFFS THA MUCH AS WORK HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS...SO I CANT VOUCH FOR HOW EFFECTIVE THIS ANGLE WOULD BE IN THE PLAYOFFS ...AND NOTHING IS GUARANTEED OBVIOUSLY

Another stat that I just read which is making me leary of making Ottwa a play is Philly has not lost consecutive games in the playoffs yet this year. That of course doesn't mean they will win, but so far this year they have bounced back after each loss.

Thanks for the heads-up, cooz. This is definitely good to hear, as I also think the Sens wrap it up tonite. One thing stopping me from putting more $$$$ on the Sens (on top of my series play) is the line movement going towards the Sens. It's kinda steadily moving, and I have this strange feeling that there's gonna be a BIG movement towards the Flys minutes before game time. Hopefully it won't matter.
