Tulsa lost a TON to graduation and the program IMHO is regressing under new coaching staff, they are brutal against the run.

OU is a mess BUT think they have enough overall talent, especially OL, and run game to win this by 30+ for the home crowd.

I like the big line drop, no one on OU, and public perceptions of both teams.

Medium play.
