Old School..again want to thank you for these posts...great info....also picture of Sophie...not her greatest picture but she was my 1st tru love. In 1963 I lived in Tirrenia,Italy.My father was stationed on a US army base,..Camp darby...our house was 3 houses down from Sophie Lorens villa.She was filming a movie called " the Condemed of altona"..we were always playing baseball outside her house in the street...her limo drove right by us and I got a clear look at her..when the driver went into the driveway...she was there for 3 months and we only saw her once. Fedric march an american actor saw me walking to the bus in my baseball uniform. Think he was shocked to see an american kid walking in a street in italy..he said to me" you got a big game today".. I said yea...I knew he was an actor staying at Lorens villa..Maxmilan Schell lived there too. I saw him many times...but I was in love with sophia.....
