Need some help please. Need an Outlaw line and total too if available on two weekend NFL games

Indianapolis vs Carolina
and

Tampa vs. Washington.

No official line out cause of pending MNF tonight but I have to have lines on these two games now.

can anybody help me here?

On the Vegas Insider board, Caesars has TB-3 and Palms has TB -3.5 and IND -4.5. Only quotes I've seen.
