Pele...when I was a kid, my uncle was involved with the Cosmos and trying to bring soccer here in the 70s/80s

I met Hubert Davis at Carolina, very nice guy.

I had an NBA player who is in the top 25 for ppg bring his kids to the office today, it was very random considering Raleigh doesn't have an NBA team.

Tim Howard, while not huge in the US, is quite well known from playing in England. He was a childhood friend through high school.

ill explain, my coach ran a big tournament down at the palisades tennis club, i was invited, was a senior in high school, made it to the final round before qualifying for the big boy draw, was gonna get my ass spanked but luckily the guy withdrew

so i was supposed to play mats wilander, but he pulled out

Burt Reynolds and Johnny Unitas. My best friends father was Alex Hawkins, who played on those great Colt teams and had a role in the Reynolds movie Gator. Sat at the table with Burt and Alex drinking whiskey and played catch with Unitas. Johnnie U is still the best there ever was.

met Brian Williams of NBC Nightly News last week at a dinner.

Have spent a couple of days with Dan Haggerty - Grizzly Adams, for you old farts that watched him on TV.

Have a few photos of myself and Owen Wilson drinking some beers and hanging out.

Have met Kid Rock and hung out for a bit.

Probably many more, all depends on what you consider famous.

Hawkins wrote a book about those old Colt days called Thats My Story and I'm Sticking To It. It is absolutely hilarious. Great stories about the guys partying and Shula trying to catch them.

Got plowed with Bucky Waters one night, he was funny as hell. He bought every drink as well. Great guy and one hell of story teller. He had me in tears.

Met Bob Costas in downtown Indianapolis. He is short and he is an arrogant prick. If I ever meet him again I may punch this mother fucker. He is so stuck on himself it is unreal.

Met and worked for many Indy Car drivers back when the Indy 500 was the greatest spectacle in racing. A.J. Foyt is all man and then some. Nigel Mansell was a character. People can say what they want about Mario Andretti. The guy has always been a class act when I have seen him. Micheal was a prick. Aldo Andretti lived near me. I won't even comment on Danica. If anyone has met her away form the cameras they know what I mean. 100% BITCH!

Met Shawn Bradley 1.5 years ago in Afghanistan. Still a tall goofy looking SOB. Looks like a big ole puss.

Met Kid Rock in Qatar about 2 years ago. He was doing his usual USO tours. Not the person many think he is. The guy is very passionate about the troops and America. When he sings Born Free he means it! He had Jesse James with him as well. She is smoking hot......

I almost forgot... I met Ctownguy in Vegas.. My first and only bracelet winner I have met. :toast:
