What the heck am I talk'n about?
It's the O/U 191 in the T-wolf/Celts game tonight.
Here's what I mean......
-The linesmen have this one right on the number at 191.....IMHO......a very, very tight line.
-Looking at the numbers I see no advantage one way or the other on this total!
SO....WHY EVEN MESS WITH THIS TOTAL???
-Tonight we have the same "cast of characters" on each team as played in the Nov. 9th game that played out to a 105-99 Bost win in Minn...that is...IF Delk and Battie go for Boston in this tout.
-Delk (listed as "probable" with left knee) scored 8 in the last tout and is averaging 13 ppg this season.
-Battie (listed "game time" has the flu) scored 10 at Minn on Nov. 9 and is averaging 8' ppg.
-On Nov. 9 Bost shot 40% but averages 42% on the season.
-On Nov. 9 Minn shot 43% but is averaging 44% on the season.
-Therefore, the Nov. 9th game went well over tonight's total of 191 (hitting 204) on 3% less than seasonal shooting from the field by both teams!! hummmm
-The Celts scoring has been subpar in their last two affairs......

*114 Orl
-The T-Wolves scoring has been fairly consistent....
*94 Philly <---after a horrible start in 1 period

-I've just got a gut feeling...IF...Delk and Battie are both go tonight........we'll see Celtic scoring improve over their last two outings.
-With this line being as "tight" as it is......I want to wait and see who's in and out before playing the O/U 191.
-I believe my logic has a good shot at predicting the o/u in this game which otherwise would be just a "fip-of-the-coin" kinda O/U game.
ISN'T THAT WHAT CAPP'N IS ALL ABOUT....TRYING TO FIND SOME ANGLE OR AN EDGE???

-To sum this deal up.....I'm play'n the under IF Delk or Battie is a "no show". I'm play'n the over IF Delk or Battie are "good-to-go" tonight.
-That's about the only angle I can find in my analysis of this one.....AND.....I really like the OVER better as the Celtics are due for a breakout outa the "funk" kinda game (assuming Delk and Battie play tonight).
