For these goals, I suggest light weight training with high reps, run 3-4 times a week, and learn to count calories for ur diet. Rough figuring, I think if u can up ur fruits and vegetables and consume about 2300 calories a day, u will lose that weight in about 4 weeks. For ur goals, I think P90X is not what want to do. If u hate running, substitute spinning or maybe even the elliptical. GL!
Agreed. That is what works for me. Almost exactly.
I resisted beer yesterday. Here I am thinking about beers again today. No wonder I'm always trying to lose a few pounds. I really wonder if my food addiction is worse than crack. You never see any fat crackheads.
