Just proving a valid sports point: SEC Best football conference period!! 2003 five years ago?? IQ's Are real low I am trying to understand that. LSU won BCS championship(real champions!!) Not media darlings or media designated champs!!! Here is why having a strong conference matters: puzzies play one or two meaningful games a year(no injuries etc) and go undefeated( Pac-10 & big ten) and play for a championship. In other words no competition!! SEC 4-6 top 15 teams (means Strong competition) which means possible losses and injuries no hopes for national championship. ok to spell it out for lower IQ's Let USC,Michigan, Ohio st play 4-6 top 15 ranked teams and see what happens!!(especially if they played 3-4 SEC teams)!!! And for you Idiots out there: Pac 10 Schedule would be like this LSU would be USC : play Tenn(CAL) and other games would be against vandy(better than a majority of pac 10 teams)!!! Big ten schedule: Lsu would be Ohio st played Florida(mich) Georgia(tex) and the rest of the games would be against vandy!! (also you can insert 4-5 SEC teams here!!)(Cant insert more than 2 from any other conference!!) LSU would play for the national championship every year!!! GET THE PICTURE????

how come your not looking at last year, when pac 10 at one point 2nd to last week of season had 5 teams in the top 25...no mention of that huh

usc played cal, notre dame, arkansas, nebraska, oregon st, and oregon, all which whom have been ranked in top 25 this year dumb ****....also 3 of them have been in the top 10

Hey, my 2004 Auburn Tigers were a pretty damn good team. Undefeated, SEC champs and Sugar Bowl champs. It is a shame we did not have an opportunity for the NC. Five first rounders taken in the draft and are all now NFL starters. Just stating that I would have to include Auburn as a NC caliber team from the SEC. Just a couple more days and all of this will be settled. SEC 2-1 so far, not looking to good for all of you naysayers.:nono:

You don't get it, every game is a game withina game any conference can look shity from one day top the next. If you based your conference on bowl performance you would have a losing record. How can you say a whole conference sucks when the reality is anyone can beat anyone depending on the scenario. You think the pac -10 sucks because you grew up down south. I hate to tell you this but all these teams have talent. Pac 10 included anyone that thinks the misd or low level sec teams are better than the top pac ten teams is just ignorant.

Pac-10 is the weakest major football conference in the country!! Its an absolute joke!! Last year final top ten poll 1/3 SEC teams more than likely this year same thing. No other conference can say or do that year in and out!! Other conferences dont even beat each other up like SEC and the SEC still in top ten with more teams!!
