Bills should not be laying 13.5 to any team. Taking Panthers plus the points. Bills coaching is poor. They have players out. Allen has been inconsistent all year. I expect this game to be a struggle and not them coasting to blowout.

My mistake, now I see why Bills were laying so much to Panthers. The Panthers are really bad.
