Yeah, Saul is too lazy these days. I think I fell off Eddie's dream team when I tried to get AR to adopt me. Plus my outspoken approval of Buddy's newfound Christian zelousness didn't help.

Nah eddie just sees the same thieving stuff i do. actually if you have an IQ over 50 or a little street smarts anyone could see it. Plus I like how Eddie step up and had the balls to say something i have said for four months. AR may be a nice guy in person but he is either naive or a big phony on these post sites. I couldn't have said it better. He is DTB lite.
I do have one big problem with Eddie tho. Strange but i have this same problem with my attorney and almost fired him for it. They both have good foresight except in this one area.
By the way smurph get ur money out of that rotten corrupt market. That is a tool for the rich to get richer. Rarely does a guy try to be his own investor and this works out. If you don't have a few insiders in your pocket it is almost impossible to make money. Sure some get lucky but its rare. Take that money out of the market and invest it in my CBB tourney picks. You will get it back and then some. I have had some great tournaments in the past but at no time have i ever had the time to focus all my attention on it like i do now. Trust me my brother.

Saul is my wayward son. I will always love him but he is travelling a slippery road. He seems to have been infected with some virus he caught while trying to placate the right wing element at the forum.
I think Saul is diddling for the middle. He reminds me of Hillary and McCain. Each moving for toward the center in an effort to become the most popular poster on this board.
You would think that the AR example would have been enough to dissuade him from this path. But no, alas, he has sold out his principles for popularity. Instead of fighting the fight, my little, big nosed son has gone off and made nice with the enemy.
I on the other hand, much like the Likud party in Israel, have stuck to my guns and will call a spade a spade. It's nice to get along, but as our illustious president does, I will stay the course until the job is finished.

Too bad you didn't put your cape on and start in your own neighborhood. Maybe would have actually made a difference in some election of recent history that turned on your peeps. Though I doubt when people meet you in person, it would have affected their vote in any way. It's good for me to know that you spend your time here (probably on someone else's dime) hating and typing examples of your worthless "wit" instead of actually doing something that would take actual work and be of more consequence in your city and to our country.

As for my play towards the middle, I'm afraid you had me mistaken all along as being on the left. Just because Weasel and DTB and Operator d'Intense call me a liberal, does not make it so. My criticism of the war mongerers on Penn Ave and right wing pricks of the old congress and hypocrite evangelists really should be chalked up as merely common sense, not ramblings of a left winger.
That said, I appreciate the comparison to Hillary. She's a tough bitch who knows how to lead responsibly. As a country, we would be privelaged and honored to have her take the White House in 2008.

As for the market - don't worry. That untimely crash hurt because I was just getting started. Still - the signs were there. If I paid attention overseas, it would have been obvious. But I'm a quick learner and assessed (based on technical research) that the crash indicated a reversal. The weak comeback the next day was absolute assurance of this. SO - I crammed on the art of short-selling and have come back very well the last 2 days. Market drops, I do well. It well continue an overall decline for at least another 5%, then it will be flat for a pretty long time. That scenario is fine, I know how to profit under all market conditions. Still a bit green, but trading suits me just fine.

This is one of the best threads ever in this forum. Where else have we been able to truly allow our paranoid personalities to shine through with such glory as in this thread? This one should never die...the hating and paranoia and thrashing of one another is just classic...
By the way, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and I'm sure we (well I will exclude myself since this is a strictly bash others thread...) have all acted in a manner that is not ourselves after drinking a little too much, so on that front all is good...and *that* incident should just die now (unlike this thread).
