Weasel as the only Tampa fan in Nj this is tragic news. He will come here for a year and a half, and leave our fridge empty and our dawg pregnant.

i think tampa`s personnel is equal to anyone in the league.and you know parcells doesn`t take any shit.i wouldn`t be surprised to see tampa in the super bowl next year....i think all they lack is a butt kicker(dungy a good defensive coach but he lost control of that team)and who knows how to win better than the tuna.you guys may only need one year.if the tuna could get vinnie straightened out in new york brad johnson will be a piece of cake.one more good receiver(a deep threat)and tampa`s on their way.

Smash,

Tampa could get Gruden and I think IMO they want him, but the a**hole Davis won't give permission.

I heard he wants a 1st round pick for compensation, but I think that is bull, he'll wait till all vacancies are filled and then he will fire Gruden.

I agree on Dungy needing to go, and I would not mind tuna coaching, but we have a great gm in Mckay, and I don't want to lose him. I want Gruden!!!!!!

I have no "hard-core" loyalties to any NFL team. I mainly follow my UM alumni. BUT, I do like TB. Something about Mike Allstott that keeps me interested, so I guess you could say that I'm a fan.

I agree that Jon Gruden would be perfect for this situation, but like it was already mentioned...Al Davis is waiting to fire him after all vacancies have been filled.

I didn't agree that Dungy should have been fired. Before Dungy, this team was mud. I admire Dan Rooney in Pittsburgh for sticking with Cower through the sub par years and I think Dungy would have gotten it done. But in this time of "must win now", I guess he had to go.
