NICE

NICE

Excellent call on that 7 horse AND a $65 zacta, Hammy. That's the way to start off the day .

Second race was my only playable race so far for today... I SURE HOPE THE BREEDERS CUP FLU AIN'T CONTAGIOUS even though I didn't touch or even watch that circus show at all on Sat. Write that "contagious" bit cause I'm on streak of FOUR losing races in a row at this point; 3 plays yesterday and now, so far, one play today (2nd race).

I'm just a WATCHER until the 7th today. Got contenders marked as 2,6,7,8. Won't post or play a thing until SEEING those 4 in the prerace. The fact that 3 of them MAY be very nice odds makes me even more interested in the 7th.

That's one thing bad about this track - VERY unreliable morning line. The oddsmaker is a joke and that ain't good cause, for somebody who studies ONE particular track - the M.L. comes into play in their analysis. Knowing if an oddsmaker is CONSISTANTLY way off on the high side or low side or... or even right on the money is valuable information. None of that applies to this wace twack. Ever see so many 8 to 1's Morning Liners in your life as a RTJ (Race Twack Jack)? I finally figured out that 8 to 1 M.L. at this track means," I don't have a clue how this horse is gonna get bet".

BTW, the Morning Line is supposed to be an estimation of what the oddsmaker believes what the horse will go off at, NOT his estimation of who will win the race.

ONLY IF one or more of them look playable in the 7th, I'll open a thread and post some. The 8th and 9th look playable at this point as well.

Hope you or any of the usual Hoss Race Parlor members did hit something at the circus on Sat. I didn't even look at the prices but I'm pretty sure there musta been something BIG with those races.

BTW, moidering the books with them COLLEGE footsballers. :)
All I gotta do is bet some big bucks on my Spreadsheet's picks and that will be the end of that party :(

Ah,..... ... didn't quite join yas yet, DT; just stopped by to say "Hello" . I DON'T want to spread around any flues (losahs). LOL

Yeah, that no. 2 does look good. If it helps any, no. 8 is the higher rated hoss in the 7th.

Nuthin for sure YET.

WOW

WOW

No sign of a flu anymo. No. 8 got da cash :0064

Ya know sumphin?... I added to the no. 8 across the board play with not even a minute to post and that one was 6 to 1. Didn't go off at those odds though. DT, are you up to your old twicks ? :) (only kidding)
Still, I'll be happy with the $10.20 and $34 zackta.

Ain't them last to first waces sooo exciting?

Maybe I better post who I got as contenders for the 8th NOW, with plenty of time to get dat cash MAYBE again? Only 2 so far... . . nos. 9 and 5. I do gotta see what no. 4 looks like, but that one is clearly rated 3rd.

G.L. at good ole Philly, RTGs.

Heck yea. Better than leading and then passout in the stretch.

Side comment
Are you guys just luvin the new format we gots? :jerkit:

One thing nice about it that I clicked on a thread (Hamsters) one day, OR at least thought I did, and I saw that YOUR birthday, Hammy is the day before mine, Feb. 16 for me. Neat.

Did anyboday notice that ti sometimes takes a little while to go through when ya submit something? It just makes a couple of stops before it gets to here, MJ's place that's all :nono:

while I'm here, no 7 got a high rating in the 9 but has absolutely TERRIBLE connections. no 1 has TWO good horses, prob. worth a shot. 2 mins to post.

They're just about loaded, think there's value on those no. `1 horses with them odds

EDITING with just some stuff....

Gotta think about finding a better onliner to bet with, TwinTowers has really been slacking off BIG TIME lately. They don't show current odds consistently for Philly and usually not at all. That's prob due to the fact that Philly has it's own FREE video and shows odds EXCEPT for the final flash or two. TT no longer is timely with the results as well, Right now they got up to the 6th race, UGH! They used to be timely with them.

Hate to leave them though for some good stuff about them. But, get this --> in the last race I went with the no. 1 W/Pl/Show@2x and NOT two stinkin dollare either. The dang thang got stuck when I hit submit. I did wait for about 15 seconds or so and hit it again.. .. Oh YEAH, you guessed it, those bets went in TWICE, SOMB :cuss:

Here's something you may find interesting or useful -> IF you watched that race or, better yet, can see the replay, note how that no. 1A looked, while leading the pack all the way done the backstretch by open lengths. SEE HOW HE was striding/looking? Even before they started to challenge that horse I looked/hoped to see if the no. 1 (not "A") was coming and it WASN'T :( If I was at the track and only had WIN or even W/Pl tickets on the no. 1A I woulds prob. started heading to the garbage pail with them even when that horse was leading by open lengths. CLEARLY, his goose was cooked. Either it was feeling the strain or the PAIN, and I'd steer clear of that one in it's upcoming waces. That would be - Risque Matters.

I did put a side order of no. 8, a bit of a "L@@ker" plus MOUCHer on it's back (and 7) to Win in that race, but that payout was little help.

G.L. wacing fans.
