That's exactly the play call you would expect from Haley and exactly the miss you would expect from Coats. This game is going pretty much exactly as scripted to start.
I said it in other threads and I'll say it here, I have no idea how the Steeler's defense was getting credit for being so good when all the (mediocre) results they were getting were against bad teams.
New England won't punt again this game and I'm surprised they had to punt once already. I said 44-17 and we are on our way to just that.
How do you call that a touchdown from behind the play like that? If it was the official on the other side of the field then what the hell is he watching?
Welcome to Todd Haley play calling, Steeler fans have suffered through it for years. No way those runs can go up the middle, maybe the first down one, but on second and goal from the three that ball has to go outside, NE is just too strong up the middle.
