if these teams had played during the regular season at new england,there`s no way in hell that the pats would be 7 point faves AT HOME....late in the season,they weren`t even 7 point faves at home vs the jags....
so why now....at a neutral site?.....maybe because the public and the talking heads have anointed belichik genius status?......
maybe because bill walsh has pronounced brady the second coming of joe montana?
because the media has had 2 full weeks to hype them?.....
they may well win this in a route....if they jump out to an early lead,the panthers will be in big trouble....and i think the first quarter is the key to the whole game....if the pats move down the field and score on their first possesion,it`ll be katy bar the door...
the key is for the panthers to hang in early....the key to the pats defensive success is that they seldom play from behind...they always seem to have that cushion and it allows them to play loose and aggressive...that`s why i`m gonna hedge my play with some sort of "pats score first" prop....
stuff that first drive....a huge key in this game,imo...
but in all honesty,7 looks a little heavy to me...
