does anyone know what the worst ATS record was for any super bowl participating team?

right now -always dependent on which lines you use- DEN is 8-9 ATS. if they were to win, they would enter the SB at .500 ATS.

Does anyone know what the worst ATS records were for teams going into the SB?

i gotta imagine that theres been a .500 or worse team, ats, to play in the SB

Car 12-5
Az 10-7
NE 8-7-2

When have the Pats looked good in a game in the last two months really??? I can't remember. KC was solid win but come on, they were depleted with injuries. Ware was out, Maclin was injured and ineffective, KC's other WR are very average. They double teamed Kelce and KC had no weapons and of course game was in NE. I just don't view this team at all like last year's PATS team that was much better. Denver is for real. They are tough at home and have great running game and receivers. Manning will be fine. And guess what, if he gets sacked hard or is ineffective, expect Brock to come in and be a spark too.

good point Diz, was surprised how open Gronk was on the TD, looked like a LB was on him and let Gronk get position in the end zone for the first TD. But I also thought KC was over rated and got more play than they deserved coming off the shutout in Houston.

Dizzayton,

we all due respect this Denver is not a great running team out of the shotgun.

Has not been since they shyt can the offense with Peyton under center..

would not of been a hill of beans without the one good carry by Anderson last week vs Pitt.

take a one carry and ya got stopped at the line of scrimmage running game..

which is basically what is has been w/Peyton at QB.

Now put OZ back in and it will improve because that is how the original blocking schemes were set up..

Once Peyton should in the first 2 weeks that under center was not the answer for him they went to shotgun a the running has been fair at best..

Pats are coming after the old man..question is..will those flutter balls get to the receivers fast enough .

we shall see...they have their work cut out for them big time.

FYI - one of Pats team leaders on defense, Jerod Mayo, has officially been ruled out. Injured in KC game. Several other Pats are banged up from that game and limited in practice but will play. Chris Harris for Denver. has bum arm but will play, but not close to 100 percent. All Broncos players practicing in full this week. Weather forecast has changed. No expecting colder temp in high 30s or low 40s and possibly rain. Could be several turnovers if it rains and wet ball.

BRONCOS

BRONCOS

This team is 10-3 in games decided by a touchdown or less and has rallied from 14 points down three times to win.

Those rallies from two touchdowns behind? They came against Kansas City, Cincinnati and New England

--now you can take that in either fashion you wish, in the the broncos dont blow away opponents that they are highly favored over (allowing to keep close) or they also too, give themselves a chance to win, regardless the level of oppoenet. there havent been many, if any spots where they were dogs this year, so to have that many close games doesnt bode well, ATS wise - which is reflected in the ATS record, though they do have a knack for winning close games
