whered you see this sponge? I know they offered Paioli the GM job I think, but he turned it down maybe thats what you were thinking.....Coughlin will be back, probably, not necessary deservedly but nobody else to bring in, they are bigtime underachievers though...on another note, why the fk are fans in philly piece of crap dirtbags? I'm reasonably tough and wouldnt walk in there w/a giant jersey and i dont get intimidated by words or the like but physical well being threatened is a bit much, and i heard callers on sports shows today saying they had that yesterday, despicable

a. you are right that is what i meant with Paiolli.
B. Dude you have 60 thousand people in the crowd your gonna get a handful of dirtbags. Its just the way it is. Anyone that paints their body's because they are this big of a fan needs to get a life. I don't even understand why grown men wear Jersey's like they are a kid. Philly fans are passionate because all we see are loser after loser. How can anyone be happy with that? trust me if i saw you and you had a I f sponges mom on your shirt i couldn't care less. Some people just take this stuff to seriously. They are in all states. A lot of them are drunk. Last time i went to an Eagles game a guy wanted to high five me and fell over his seat. Then he puked and im not to good at seeing someone puke. I left and went in the tunnel. cop said i had to leave and i told him as soon as he cleans up the puke i will go back. Probably last game i ever went to and it was the Vet. Im just not into it. I just gamble. Once Iverson left there is not much to watch here. I use to be a big hockey fan and Forsberg was my favorite player and i havent even watched a game since he we got him. Now we got Larry the thief Brown back. The worst talent evaluator i have ever seen in philly. Just wonderful.

NEW JERSEY
only game worth seeing in philly is baseball. good clean environment where you don't find garbage out in the parking lot getting so loaded they don't even care about the game! hockey and b-ball aren't bad either more fan friendly and highly policed. i have been to two birds games this year and it seems people try to outdo themselves by getting wasted, they could give two shits about their team, are extremely negative and totally clueless about the game of football! only place to sit there is second level club seats.its glass enclosed inside with a bakery, nice couches, carving stations, plasmas everywhere and most important of all absolutely no riff Raff allowed!

Well, let me comment on that.....I agree, painting yourself, jerseys when you're 45, etc, are a bit much, and stupid, Giant games have older fans and are a little more civilized, but ive heard stories of yankee games, and obviously boston and philly, ny/bos/philly seem to have the worst of this stuff......I just think Philly the people like being tough guys and it's a blue collar city rough around the edges with a lot of dirt bags, sure it's not the majority, but a lot of that crowd, I got stopped by a cop making a right by that bar near the stadium (forgot the name, chickie and petes i think) they said why are you driving here, i guess it was a bad area? my point is, theyve flipped cars over there, hit people, etc, thats just inexcusable, its amazing too b/c its got the nicest suburbs ive ever seen, my cousin lives in radford and the shits gorgeous.....
you're right, 6ers suck, flyers suck, phillies are ok......well we have no basketball team either, good baseball and football though, I just think fan behavior in some of these places is insane, I want to take my little 11 yr old cousin to a giant game next year luckily its a home game but shell still have to hear vulgar language etc, but I guess thats life, you'll hear it eventually

i can't vouch for the fans but they do get a bad wrap from the main media. this booing of Garcia is my point. what really happen is that Feely had a really great game in the preseason were he looked fabulous. He has been here before. 5-1 when Mcnab was hurt before and would have been 6-0 if Akers didn't choke a kick. Garcia was having a tough game so the fans were not really booing him they just wanted Feely in. Its that simple but ESPN doesn't tell the whole story. Me i wanted Garcia to stay because back in the day me and a Radio host use to go back in forth with me saying Garcia is better than Mcnab. He actually made it part of the show. I also knew he would struggle here in the beginning because he developed happy feet when he was in Detroit. In the first game he had these happy feet so i figured he was washed up. Philly has the best O line in football and Garcia finally notice this and has settled down. He is solid. Feely is a solid backup but i rather have Garcia in there. You want to know something else about some of these knucklehead fanss? I use to drive 2 hrs to works and you knew when the Eagles won. It was a nice drive. When they lost that was another story. what i don't understand is how people take this shit personally. what the hell they get if there team wins? I guess they feel a lot better for a couple of days. I just want my bet to win and most likely i will bet against the eagles again this week and if they lose i couldn't give two shits. If they win tho the bar still offers a dollar beer during the game and believe it or not some guys just hope they win for that. As for the cops? cops are assholes everywhere but there are good ones to.
