I don't know who you are but the picks I post are my researched picks. You say they are almost identical to a racing service. Well, you can pick up any newspaper and take their picks and I guess you could say they are almost identical too. I again tell you that the picks I post are my picks and not some on-line service picks.

How's your buddy Chazz Denham doing?

And who is Chazz Denham. I have not heard of that name before (Chazz Denham)?

At any rate, I'm not going to get into an argument with you over whatever you want to think or say.

You know usually when someone accuses someone of such a thing like stealing picks the accused, if innocent, respond more intense than you did. You were very calm about it. The fact is you were kicked off a web site that sells selections because your picks were basically indentical to their's. I have a question for you. It takes a long time to handicap a track. How can you handicap that many tracks without outside help?

Just noticed your second post here. Please read all.

This is a GREAT SITE. The Forum and I do not need for you to make accuasations on it like your have been doing.

In response (which will be the last one by me here) to your second post, yes I am quite mad and upset to be accused of stealing your Pay Selections and posting them. You have stated that they are ALMOST IDENTICAL to a racing service. As I stated in my first response to you and I will repeat that the Picks I post are My Free Picks on this Forum. They are not Your Picks. I don't have access to them and I think I can make Picks just as good as Your Pay service can. You also memtioned someone name (Chazz Denham) who I have never heard of before.

Jay, this all started by a response to a CONTEST and my unhappiness with it being cancelled. Right after You started accusing me of Stealing Your Pay Service Picks. Now You have a question for me. I will answer You by saying that I put a lot of time in it but I do it not for Money but for the Challenge and the fun. I like to complete and see if My Free Picks do as good as Pay Picks.

I guess we could go on and on but I have a suggestion for You. If You think I'm Stealing Your Picks how about if I send them to you e-mail before I post them and before You put Your Pay Picks up for Your Customers. This way You will see that they are My Picks and You will them not be able to accuse me of stealing Your Pay Service Picks. Just tell me what time you need my Picks by. If it 8:00am in the morning so be it. I will e-mail them to You at that time. I know you don't post them the night before so be fair and maybe we can straighten this whole affair out once and for all.
