The post right before it, #181 I said he could pick the terms and those are what he chose.
Is it necessary to keep trying to find a loophole? If I were hiding behind some hidden terms don't you think I would have just let it go and not made a big deal out of it?
Honestly, I know some of you guys were rooting for TheBoys to win (you made it painfully clear) but he lost legitimately.

Yep, Jack asked where he agreed to ban the loser so I posted a link to it. If you read all the pages of the thread you will see that what I am saying is accurate.

As the thread progresses TheBoys and I go back and forth about rules. Ultimately in post #180 I tell him I am good with him choosing, in post #181 he makes the choice to use the final standings from the Hippo contest.
In the original post you refer to I believe I suggested 5 plays per week and neither of us ever picked 5 plays, always 3 as per the Hippo contest rules. My point is, things changed as the thread progressed. Our agreement to have the loser banned never changed.
As the thread progresses TheBoys and I go back and forth about rules. Ultimately in post #180 I tell him I am good with him choosing, in post #181 he makes the choice to use the final standings from the Hippo contest.
