How could that be possible when neither of us followed rule #1 about 5 plays a week?

ALSO, my terms (which we didn't use) said it would be for the duration of the regular season. At the end of the regular season I was ahead by one win:

http://madjacksports.com/forum/showthread.php?t=505726

I know it's fun to grab one part of something and just run through glass with it, but even by your failed logic, I still win.

So you now admit you didnt follow another rule of your non-negotiable terms. I'd say its safe to say their was never an agreement here.

Just my .02.

And I agree that Sports guy can be a little redick. I'm rethinking my alliance with him on this issue, however here the jester may be right.

1. 5 plays a week, sides or totals. No parlays or gimmicks. No moneylines. Duration of the regular season.

2. I will flip a coin for my 5 plays since I haven't handicapped in a while.

3. We use the closing line from a book of your choice as long as it can be accessed and verified by someone other than us if need be.

4. Most wins against the spread or total is the winner.

Loser leaves the forum for good. Since you have already proven you can't keep your word on something like that we must have Jack's blessing that he will ban the loser.

My terms are simple and non-negotiable.

So you didnt follow Rule 1 or 4 of your NONNEGOTIABLE terms. Did you follow #2 and flip a coin? Is there proof of this coin flipping?

We didn't follow any of those rules because (wait for it) WE DIDN'T USE THEM (though I did follow #2). We agreed to something else which I have pointed out numerous times. Why can you not follow that? Seriously, I'm not sure how dim anyone would have to be NOT to get it.

Otherwise, my word was and always will be good. TheBoys on the other hand had proven time and time again he will lie, cheat, steal and welch.

I will give him this much credit, while he tried to welch on paying up, he never tried to say he didn't lose. At least he owned that much of it.

However, these were the terms that Jack agreed to correct? So, you point to them for the reason you need them and then throw them out for everything else.

Got it. The Boys cheated the Hilton by dumb luck that he was over paid and then he didnt do the right thing and pay it back. Just like here he was going to keep postin'g even though he thought he lost, because thats what he does.

However, dont blame Sports for pointing out the obvious confusion of the use of rules, which you posted to Jack to get him banned.

Ok so you finally admit the "highlighted rules" you posted and linked to were wrong....Got it..:0008

Even if this were the case, I still win. So what is the point of continuing this argument?

Those rules had the contest end at the end of the regular season. Check the standing from the Hippo contest. I had one more win than he did at the end of the regular season.

Either way, I win.

Did you pick 5 games? As were the simple non-negotiable terms.

My god man. Those weren't the rules we used. You are looking like a fool here.

I'm simply pointing out the fallacy of you using these terms as the reason to have Jack think he agreed to banning TheBoys, when you didnt play by these rules and modified them several several times.

One cannot simply pick and choose the rules from here and there.

Anyways, good win for you using your non-negotiable simple terms that you did not follow or win by.

Good luck to you in your future endeavors.

Pf,

I feel you here bud. I really do.

How long have I been saying that most people lack the basic, fundamental skill of "reading comprehension"?

I'm glad you get to experience the joy of learning it first hand like I have a few times before.

Pengy,
Sports, and I believe hedman, are fucking with you. Sports knows exactly what the rules were and I am fairly positive Hedman does also. Argument for argument's sake is a hallmark of The Boys persona and to Sports' credit, he is an intelligent humorist and Hed is equal parts insightful and sarcastic. You will only end up frustrated if you continue taking this seriously. The seas are angry today my friend. Leopard seals are everywhere.

Hope that helps,

The funny part is I even sent Penguin a green card explainging I was just enjoying the argument and to take care of himself.

He gave me a red back telling me "good god, let it go"

I will let it go, but there is no where in the posts between the Boys and Penguin, which spell out the agreed to terms of the bet, with Jack agreeing to ban the loser. Further, as Sports pointed out Penguin was the one who cited to all the rules and then acknowledged they were not the final rules.

I've said my piece and dont want anymore red cards. :mj07: :mj07:

Hey Marine you use those stellar reading comprehension skills on the new JoePa report paid for by JoePa. Good read.
