I had a chance this afternoon to get Penn St +7.0 (-130), and almost did, decided I didn't like the 130, and next thing I know it's down to 5ish!

Everybody and their dogs over reacted (IMO) to that opener.That was not unexpected. Keep in mind though that while Penn State was out there playing their asses off in a very hyped and very emotional environment, Ohio State has had an extra week to prepare. While this will be one really entertaining game to watch, I think that better wagering opportunities can be discovered. Too many variables in this one for my tastes.

OSU got exposed vs. OU - even most Buckeye posters on CFB boards have said they have some big holes in their team. The OU loss not really looking too great with OU losing to ISU, and getting all they could handle from Baylor, Texas, and KState.
Are people thinking Ohio State's good now because of beating up on garbage teams the last 5 games? Not saying PSU has run through a gauntlet of a schedule but outside of the Iowa game they have looked solid. If I bet on the game it'll be on PSU +ML because it's probably the most valuable bet on the game.
Definitely couldn't lay a TD on OSU at this point vs. a team with a good veteran QB who's played in big games before

And Iowa always plays good teams tough, especially at home. It's the average to poor teams they go to sleep on sometimes.
