not so fast.

not so fast.

bad spot for carolina, not only on the fast track, but highly doubt davis will be able to run, my st. louis boy telling me they"ll play eight in the box and make homey beat them. think about it before you wager your tuition for next years education on it.I can see the rams win this game with a couple of turnovers and make carolina play catch up. the real play in this game is to buy the half when you get it at 7 and unload. Experience tells me home team second round, rest and speed a dangerous combo. Be very Carefull Bill.

Thank you Arrow,

You know I respect your opinion. You've been in this game much longer than I have. I appreciate your input. However, I will not be wagering next semester's tuition, only about 1/2 credit, but it is an expensive school, not state funded. If St. Louis puts 8 in the box, Smith and Muhammed can make plays. I still love this play, but, my future is not hanging in the balance. I'll be very happy if they cover, though. If St. Louis thinks theyan show up and advance, they got another thing coming. Carolina will be there, St. Louis, I'm not so sure about. Why can't tommorow be Saturday? I can't wait. Also, I hear Biakabatuka is going to be ready to go. Who can stop him????????????? That's right , nobody. 24-20 Cats

GL on your play slick, however just can't see the panthers winning the game. Someone said this earlier in one of the other threads in regards to everyone jumping on the bandwagon of a team that has come off an impressive win in the first week of the playoffs. Not directing this at you what so ever but I think some people on Carolina this week are their for this very reason. Cats on the road, rams rested, and an offense that can get hot in a hurry makes for a game that at -7 IMO is spot on the mark. Personally, going the other way but GL on your play.

Forget who it was, but I think whoever made the point earlier of the St Louis offense being based on timing is a pretty key point.

If anyone has the ability to get up in Bulger's face and disrupt his timing and rattle him a bit, it's Carolina's front four. IF, and it's a big "if" considering the Rams O-Line, Carolina can get pressure with only four guys it will allow the LB's to drop back in coverage closing the "windows" Martz's offense relies on to throw in to.

IMO the number is where it should be, and if you think Carolina's front four is that much better then Rams O-Line, I'd take the points. Just my two cents......

Good luck to everyone, whatever they play.... :D

Things couldn't be clearer for me right now

Things couldn't be clearer for me right now

Just had a few and had a few boobs in close proximity to my face, and things are very clear. Carolina will cover tomorrow. Disagree if you like, however, I don't lie. And, when I drink, I can't even lie to myself. I've tried, but i keep telling myself to ride with the Panthers tomorrow. I've got to trust myself. I am slightly revising my plays for tomorrow. Here goes. Scratching the under just in case I need to open the backdoor.

Carolina +7 1/2 4 Units

Carolina + 280 1 Unit

NE/Tenn under 34 1/2 2 Units

We're 11 hours away, I can almost taste it. This is gonna be awesome.

GL all, enjoy what will probably be our best weekend of NFL all year.

Great calls, Slick!

BTW, Martz, not Bulger, was your ace in the hole. Actually, I think Bulger handled himself pretty well. It was Martz's idiotic and conservative play calling that kept this game close in the beginning. It was Martz idiotic and conservative play calling at the end that cost the Rams the game.

If Martz isn't canned after that display of ineptitude, there's still hope for me to become a head coach some day. :D

I went with Carolina too, figuring Martz would be out-coached. I didn't have the balls you had to play them on the money line though. Good job.

Good luck today.

P.S. - Did anyone else question the onside kick-off by the Rams besides me? The kicker's left foot was a yard past the football when he made that sidewinder kick. The last I heard, that was considered being offsides.
