I would think a doctor afraid of a lawsuit would do all that he could to save a patient number one because its what he is trained to do. I hope if he is a complete dolt and moron and only out for himself, then he would do so if only to avoid a lawsuit.
I'll let the readers of my nearly 3000 posts determine if I'm a "blood sucking shyster". As far as your concerned, if you don't think those in corporate board rooms insulate themselves from individual moral responsiblity behind the company shield and those lapel pins they wear on their suits for the daily decisions they make which adversely affect millions of people then you're more naive than I thought. Why do you think the term corporate America has such an evil connotation?
