Weasel:

Your post couldn't be more inaccurate.

I would think a doctor afraid of a lawsuit would do all that he could to save a patient number one because its what he is trained to do. I hope if he is a complete dolt and moron and only out for himself, then he would do so if only to avoid a lawsuit.

I'll let the readers of my nearly 3000 posts determine if I'm a "blood sucking shyster". As far as your concerned, if you don't think those in corporate board rooms insulate themselves from individual moral responsiblity behind the company shield and those lapel pins they wear on their suits for the daily decisions they make which adversely affect millions of people then you're more naive than I thought. Why do you think the term corporate America has such an evil connotation?

I like Eddies liberal thinking GW.

Wonder if his lemmings have considered that people in hospital just might have a higher mortality rate than healthy ones :)

I might ask this question to all common sense folks.

If you could cut your insurance premiums in half by signing waiver not to ever sue your Dr or hospital who would not do so--

on a diff tangent of the loony left and litigation--put this in perspective--

Texas Parents Sue Governor, School District Over Moment of Silence
Wednesday, August 08, 2007

A Texas family is suing Gov. Rick Perry and a school district over a state-mandated moment of silence in schools, according to The Dallas Morning News.

David Wallace Croft and his wife, Shannon, of Carrollton, Texas, have three children at Rosemeade Elementary and argue that the moment of silence is unconstitutional and amounts to state-sanctioned school prayer.

You two numskulls fall for the same old bullshit over and over again. A far out case like these you seem to think happen every day all over the country. Its kinda like when dogs posted those 15 guys who were burning flags and disrespecting the troops like they somehow are littered all over the country. Its the classic Fox and neocon spin. Find out about a dirty union and then paint brush them all, making them all look dirty. Meanwhile forgetting that if it wasn't for unions creating the middle class you two would most likely be dirt poor.
