I just got thru taking the pills and they worked for me.When I started I weighed 203lbs,now I weigh 174 lbs and I did this in 5 months.There are several rules to follow for it to be succesful.
1.No soft drinks of any kind,the diet ones are even worse.
2.No milk
3.Eat meals that consist of 50% lean meat,30% carbs and vegs and 20% sweets
4.walk at a steady pace for 1 hour 5-7 times a week,no running or lifting weights.
5.drink lots and lots of water
6.eat nothing between meals,not even a grape
7.get plenty of sleep
I will continue the diet except for taking the pills.
I had two side effects from the pills,they gave me more energy and they put me in a good mood all of the time.
Couldn't you have done the same without taking the pills? :shrug:
