PHI / SD Total 71/2 ??

I dont have time to do a lot of research tonite. The SD/ PHI total seemed a bit low to me at 7 1/2 -110. Usually , the 7.5 totals are reserved for better quality starters. I know Padilla is a decent righty, but Peavey has 8.22 ERA last 3 starts. Anyone got some input for me ? Thanks ........THE HITMAN

**I am not sure which way I am going to go, I am just wondering right now why this total is hanging at 7.5 & not 8 or 8.5. Am I missing something?
