Philly & Over

I'm on Philly +5 and Over 43 tonight.

Philly's on a bit of a roll now, winning 5 of 6. They've certainly got enough talent to be competitive at the very least. An outright Eagles win wouldn't be overly surprising, but I'm expecting a close game either way, so I'll take the pts. There's also a bit of a letdown factor for GB here, after such a big win last week @ Minny. Only natural that after getting that monkey off their backs that they ease up a little bit, even though this is an important game, and it's on MNF.

As for the Over...GB is posting big #'s against everyone, and giving up lots of pts to everyone too. Philly's got some vulnerabilities in their pass D that the Pack can exploit. For Philly, this is the first game in a while that they've faced an offence that is this good AND a defence that is this poor in the same game. A lot of times they've faced a good O or a bad D, but not both. This is likely the best offence they've seen all year.

Should be a back-and-forth kind of game I think, a couple lead changes at least, and someone winning by 4 or less.

I don't follow or care about CFB or NHL so I didn't bother to look at those posts, but in every NFL post I looked at you're agreeing with the guy on the favorite, or disagreeing with the dog pick. Do you EVER take dogs or unders? Just curious.

Consider though, that GB is running more. Ahman Green may be a big factor this game. What difference will it make? I Don't know, not sure I'll wager on this game, either way, GLTA

If you are posting a play without any information to back it up whether it's wrong or right you are a PHONY in my book and as far as I know you are pulling out teams from a hat. Nice write up GM, whether you hit the play or not at least I know you put an effort into picking the best side. This place is getting out of hand with these disrespectful idiots that I don't want anything to do with it. These idiots post: 25 Star Play on Green Bay...that's it. Tell me why? I agree with you that there are a lot of self touting phonies who only post picks with no insight, and many of them probably aren't really handicapping the games.

BUT your statement is a bit simplistic. Try telling some of the better, more succesful cappers here that they are phonies. They and everyone else will laugh at you. Most of them don't post reasoning.

I like to post reasoning, Like to read people's reasoning behind their games, and I used to always do lengthy writeups. Someitmes you just dont have the time though.
