Decent enough card today to give it a go.
4th race: Not a great race to bet, but just like that 3rd race I posted this past Sat. that produced a nice $175 tri. - "I think we got the bases covered with these plays" for getting some mo of that Philly cash outa this race.
Three kinds of bets to choose from (or play all the bets; only costs $27 if the win bet is for the minimum amount to make this thing work, $5.
Zactas: 2 t/b 4,5,6,8
Tries: 1,2/1,2/4,5,8
Win: no. 3
BTW, if anybody's that interested, be my guest and post how much profit or loss for each race here or just the day's profit or loss. Just figure based on the minimum size bets to make this thing work. That is -> Tries are for ONE stinkin dollar, zacks for $2, and Win for $5. I'll post the cost of each race from now on if somebody does. If not, that's cool, we'll just go back to just posting picks.
6th race: Similar to the 4th race -
Zacks: 1,6 t/b 2,5
Tries: 1,2/3,6/3,6 and 3/1,6/1,6.
Unless the no. 1 or 2 looks VERY good in the prerace, I'm not making a win side bet. BUT, if you're just looking for one hoss ... well, it would be no. 1 and there ain't much value to just playing that one to win.
7th race: Just going to comment on this race...
Nos. 6 and/or 7, BOTH have nice odds, will be on every one of my tickets for this race. Haven't decided how I'm gonna play this race, but I'd be extremely surprised if one or both of them doesn't hit the exotic bet in this race. No surprise if one of them wins. The risk for both of them is the fact that neither has ever ran beyond 7 furlongs. Each one's breeding and running style look to me like that presents no problem for either.
8th race: Only got as far as exactas that I'm LEANING on... . 1,4 t/b 3/5.
EDITED: Dang, dang, dangit.. almost blew my chance to git my MM (March Madness) play for today posted... W. Mich tonight, game starts at 9 p.m. Yeah, thems added another tourney this year - the INSIDER tourney, Sheesh! Greedy bastages just ruin everything, detracting from the REAL MADNESS. All sports are getting ruined; special events are not so special anymo.
Oh well, maybe the basketballers can beat them hosses today
