Hmmm.... there was something like 40 views on my last thread when I posted the results/comments after the races. I see now there's like 70... SHEET! That's 30 more folks that WON'T be checking my stuff out anymo, based on what kinda Sunday I had. Hopefully, thems are looking for entertainment/jokes so it doesn't matter I guess/HOPE. Unfortunately, Hamster was a serious replier and picked a bad day to play along... sure hope I can get him something back today or maybe he gets himself something back today.

I'm down to the 7th race for today.... .. and this one is the FIRST playable race. Maybe that's a good thing...
7th race
I got it down to 4 hosses in this big field of 11. I think I can separate them a little ... well, at least tell yas what I think of each and YOU may be able to separate them. Thems are the 2 (5/2), 8 (8-1), 10 (10-1) and 11 (12-1)
No. 2 - deserving favorite with a good post and trainer. It's (got no balls in more ways than one) dropping in class in BOTH -> race class AND -> track class (runs in N.Y.). A potential weiner but this race has the look of $$$$ and at least NOT going with this favorite on top is probably the way to go. Hoss doesn't get out well and that's a big factor against it in this fileld of plodders. That is, there's no early speedsters in here and that usually means a tightly bunched field most of the way around and this one is very likely to get pinned inside until it's too late. STILL, this one does have the speed to win here.
(I'm starting to write a term paper here... gotta cut it down cause I gots a feeling nobody reads all this stuff anyways)
No. 8 - Before I go into the details of a race, I always just check out the simple program to see if I LIKE any before I get to the pp's. This one was my initial pick, based of knowing this hoss pretty dang good, jock, trnr, owner, post, stuff like that. BIG factor is how this gelding ran it's last race. Excellent owner too. Can do.
no. 10 Got ALL the kinda stuff I like to see. Got something I DON'T like to see too
This hoss is terrible early on in it's races. Bottom line is - with any HALFWAY decent start (midpack would be GREAT) - this one can smokem down the stretch today and the odds are right up my alley. Unlike the mistake I made yesterday, this one gets wheeled top/bot in zactas for me. There's only a few horses I can eliminate in this race asfaras zactas go and I ain't taking no chances today. IF it's odds are really up there, I may throw some show moola on this one too cause I've gotten burned with 3rd place finishers too many times in this situation. IF the favorite does get blocked, show moola on this one could pay for the whole cost of this race.
no. 11: EXCELENT trainer jockey combo. Like this one the least of these, but it's pace figures show that it could very likely get great position in this race with little early speed inside of this one and breeding suggests that this hoss will love the bit of extra distance in this race compared to it's previous races. Gonna be huge odds. too.
Can't playem all, but I will do a little exacta action (also) with small tickets with one of more of these (2,8, and 11) with the 9 and/or the 4 ONLY if one or both of them look extra good in the prerace stuff.
Actually, not that many plays though - no. 10 top/bot with ALL and the other 3 listed picks top/bot with the no. 4 AND/OR 9 only if either or both look READY to ROLL in the prerace.
