Decent enough card today; but there is one race that is VERLY, VERLY interlesting. Not that confident about the outcome but I like the fact that there's TWO longshots that, methinks, that are much better than the other pricey nags in this race. Unfortunately, one of the two favorites looks pretty tough, but - if he fails it should be a Suppa Sub, Phily style ... YUM, YUM.
6th Race
No. 9, Beckon (10-1) gets strong figures in this race. Molina, who has a poor record so far this year, fits right in with the "longshot angle" for this race. Apparently, he's not the same hoss he was last year but just look at what he did in N.Y. last year :0
In 5k claimer at Phlly? ... looks to me like he might be coming around. Besides, he doesn't have to "come around" that much to beat these Phlly dirt bombs he'll be facing today so... - gimme some of this one.
No. 4. Marine Major (12-1) is the other one. IF he runs here like he's been warming up at BELMONT recently... LOOK OUT, chalk players. Coming from Suffolk (of all places LOL), training in N.Y., and now making a sudden move to Philly for an appetizer... .. just might mean something. :shrug:
No. 3 is the other one to check out in this race with Mouch in the saddle. Looked good in his last wace.
Good luck y'awl.
Oh, HM - haven't seen ya around lately. Congrats on that there "Plymouth" hoss who managed to get second as a favorite. Hope you hadem with the no. 8 in that race, nice "Philly Style" exacta in that race. I just had a so/so day this past Tuesday myself.
I see you figured out the secret how to get PLENTY of views.. just tell JOKES.
Hell with them hosses.
You're voting now? All Right :00hour: That's more impotent stuff and we're depending on you to do a better job picking Presidents than you do with them hosses, now. This country is a mess these days. (not so much down here in sunny F-L-A though, with the sunshine and all. No more counting chads down here anymore neither cause we graduated to electronic voting now.
)
(LOL, let's see how many hits this one gets)
