Not so sure about that "$"; Philly's not the best track to play with what's going there these days. Only ON PAPER plays for me the last couple of days; woulda got back PLENTY of scratch money, 2 small exactas (bastages clobbered my picks at the windows even though thems weren't favorites when I picked them and the scratches didn't help matters any), and s whopping $59 trifecta. My ONE stinkin dollar ticket return on that tri. didn't quite cover the bets for that race. Didn't thoroughly handicap them like I always do for REAL moola. Ain't no fun at good ole Philly these days.
Not gonna let a "lucky Tue$" go by without me though, and still - my best chance at making it happen is at this track. That means these two stinkin races are for real moola today....
6th race
Typical Phlly jig saw puzzle with about 5 of this field of 8 (BEFORE scwatches) that could win this race. BUT, one of them is 15 to 1. Yeah, that means that I'll//we'll be lucky to get 7/2. No. 2, Closing Vision, is the value play in here for me.
9th race
Trifectas - 5.7 on top, add the no. 2 to them in the 2nd spot, and a bunch for 3rd (gotta see them to see which one(s) to leave out).
How about a couple of Honorable Mentions? LOL
OK, 1st race, no. 1, Dilatory and in the 7th race, no. 6 Exclusive Promise. Honorable Mention means I ain't gonna actually playem (for now, anyway) but you might want to. Go ahead, Hammy, DT... make me feel good and playem so I can root them home foryas. Who knows, probably by 3 p.m. I may be on those myself.?
