Just heard that voting machines in Philly were adjusted before voters were allowed to vote. Don't know who all the votes were put in for but they are finding 300 votes on some, 50 on others, a total of about 5,000 votes for one of these guys they are guessing. Glad they caught it. Being an urban area, I would guess they were for Kerry, but not sure. :shrug:
