I had a work associate die from a bite 2 months ago.
Scary he thought he had the flu and they gave him a week (2 max) to live. His stomach ate itself, ugly and sad.

think I posted before, I had a buddy the was bitten about 3 inches from the base of his shaft!! The poison ate down 2 inches and the bite was about 2 inches wide. He went in 30 hours after the bite, and he was lucky. Would hate to get my unit necrosed off!!
Blazer, sorry about your buddy, that sounds like a horrible way to die. Seems like we have a ton of those around here now!! I find 1 or 2 at my house every year. Maybe we should be posting signs and symptoms of bites.
