if pinnacle decides to burn our money, or buy hookers with it or wipe your ass with it thats their business. but they do have it on hand. i was simply (although this probably went way over your head) saying that the book didn't go under. they didn't have a failed business plan and have no money to pay players. time will tell whether or not they do, but they have to keep their license if they are still going to offer wagering for the rest of the world. and for them to do that they have to have the money available or they will have their license revoked. whether or not you, i, or anyone else ever gets paid is their business. but its not a broken business model and they lost all the money. they have it, just don't know if we'll see it.

The way I read it, it says that due to the laws of Curacao they had to have the players funds in a bank at all times. That means that the law is making sure Pinny doesn't spend the post up money.
Why WOULDNT they pay? If they have the money (and I agree they do), what is the benefit of not paying? Just that they get to keep all the money? They are completely disregarding any chance of ever being able to accept US customers again?
