Read elswhere that the US had Pinny by the balls because they were tied to the big bust in Queens a few months back. Demanded they quit immediately or else. Any thoughts on this by you 'in the know' fella's?

I've read in two different places (while it was complete hearsay and I have no clue if it's true or not) that the main owner is a US resident and they allowed him to return to the US in return for them cutting off business.

Of course, something like this can cause rampant rumors to fly.

He's giving up billions of dollars just to come back in the US? What has these sites so scared that the would cut out US businesss? The gov. can't go after them? I just don't understand.

Well again, I don't know (and doubt) that it's true. But they CAN be arrested if they come to the US (see Jay Cohen of WSEX), and maybe he was just homesick. Again, strictly hypothetical, but he's probably got more money than he can ever spend anyway, and if his family and close friends are in California, perhaps he's just sick of not being able to see them except for occassional trips down to the island.
