The way Wainwright is dealing and the way the Pirates are not hitting points to the Cards easily moving on.

It was a nice ride while it lasted

dude it could easily be 2-0 pirates


cole missed on one pitch and it cost him or the cards would be blanked


and no outs, byrd on 1st, and pedro gets robbed of a hit....that would have been 1st and 3rd with no outs......and add in kozma and other webgem and we could easily have 6-7 hits right now



wainwright still dominate, but very much to be excited about moving into the late innings with wainwrights pitch count going up

wainwright and Kershaw are in a class by themselves in the NL. it was a tough spot for the pirates to come into, they still have a shot, just need to get to stl pen. quick innings don't help them.
