Thank you for that info. I thought about Florida alot after seeing Nick Douglas going on them. After seeing these stats this seems to be the right play. Atlanta seems to be wanting to 'coast' right now figuring they are far enough ahead that it would be ok. I will be going on Florida today. How much? Don't know yet. Will get back later on my "Plays of the day" thread I will start later.

i would call attention to the fact that you have a pair of hp umps going in these games whose tendencies is not fully reflected by their current o/u record.

in the phi/cin, larry vanover is only 10/11 to the under this season but clearly has one of the largest strike zones in the league. his 5.29 bb/g ranks him 73rd among 77 umps while his 14.62 k/g ranks him 2nd. that works out to a 2.77 k/bb ratio, one of the leagues highest. of late his o/u numbers are correcting as he is under 6 of his last 8 with a rpg average under 8.

in the atl/fla, one of my favorite "over" umps, chuck meriwether, is only 11-8 to the over after going on a run of 4 overs in a row. however, his strike zone is on of the smallest around. his 8.75 bb/g (2nd) and 10.80 k/g (76th) give his the league's lowest k/bb ratio of 1.23. his games average 11.35 rpg, ranking 4th amont all the umps.

Pitching note:
Moss is 1-3 in day games with an ERA of 3.92 and WHIP of 1.44 and OBA of .238
Tajera is 1-1 in day games with an ERA of 3.26 and WHIP of 1.24 and OBA of .252

One thing to note about this is that Moss has pitched 39 innings in the day while Tajera has only pitched 19.1. I think that if you are going to bet on this game that Florida is definately the team to take value wise. I'm not sure I will bet this game at all but if I do decide to take the gamble it will be on FL.

Welcome back TJ. Well, if you are still sick from the Urbina syndrome, lets pick some games without him and win! I agree today on Fla. I just figured the damage from yesterday: -985.00! That angers me. This is my job, dammit! Thank God some people on my books took the same beating. Anyways what are we thinking on that Cinci game.

CINCINNATI (Ticker) -- Brian Moehler will make his Cincinnati Reds debut in the rubber game of a three-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, the Reds acquired Moehler from Detroit after Texas' Kenny Rogers nixed a deal that would have sent him to Cincinnati for the stretch run of the season. The Reds are hoping to catch St. Louis in the National League Central Division and traded for Florida's Ryan Dempster a couple of weeks ago.

Moehler (1-1, 2.29 ERA) had made just three starts for Detroit this season after undergoing arthroscopic surgery last July to repair tears in his right rotator cuff and labrum. Last Friday, he allowed four runs and nine hits over six innings of a 5-1 loss to Minnesota.

Moehler is 1-1 with a 4.35 ERA in two career starts against the Pirates.

Canbet money move on the UNDER in the Pitt/Cin game. Its 8.5 there but 9 most everywhere else (for now). Agree w/Loophole 100% on the two HPs in these games.
