i am hardly a miami fan, but i think they are gonna rip pitt a new one in this short chalk role. vegas the only people makin miami a chalk. media and talking heads making it seem like pitts the runaway favorite here. vtech roadie was an anomaly imo. miami seems to love playing on the road in hostile environments.

i just can't get the image af Syracuse giving Miami all they could handle on the road.
Syracuse is a bad team and I know. I have seen all their games this year and been to four of them live.
Miami is used to playing for national championships, not BE conference championships and BCS bowl bids. No matter how you slice it, Miami has to be on a down note.

tough for me either way. pitt got rocked by wvu two weeks ago, but miami lost at home to tenn vols. miami has not showed up for a game all year.imo
I can't help but think Miami has already had a bad season with its losses, not going for number 1, consecutive home winning streak, etc. They won't be as up as in past years where as Pitt is in a new situation, they gotta be pumped. Plus against the big bad boys of the big east the last few years, everything points to Pitt. Thats what scares me:scared I'll still take Pitt though cause I hate Miami

I read your post and still bet Pitt., however I did take down the bet to 1/2 what I originally intended. I know it's hard to have a different opinion from others here, but as we say down south, "That's what makes it a horse race", people betting both sides.

i dont claim to be omniscient by any means. i do know -- however -- that if you cant stop like run (like pitt cant) and if you have a winning tradition away from home (like miami has), all the bcs hype in the world and the entire crowd of pitt fans aint gonna help pitt. miami thrives in these situations.
