cant believe how flat they came out. i really hope they put the GTown game on, atleast i have a CHANCE of winning that bet.
they look like the pitt that came to Buffalo and was down double digits in the 2nd half. and buffalo is just terrible this year
Pharoah, what has happened to the Bulls? I can understand some bumps in the road on the offensive end given the Bulls young guards and all, but they have just quit playing any kind of defense at all. Thats just inexcusable. I saw them here and they were very sound defensively, but they have not matched that performance since.
I just cant believe the reffing of this game, it is obvious who the refs want to win. Theres been a couple games this year(mostly for me) that I could tell the refs had already picked a winner, it is very bitter when these refs have picked the winner before they play the game and it aint your team
Alot of reasons. Biggest one is probably that MAC opponent know the Bulls alot better then out of conference foes. They are used to the offense we run. They know our big man has soft hands. They know what guards to pressue that will turn the ball over. On top of that right now nobody can hit an outside shot and the passion is gone on defense. For some reason the coach stopped playing our only consistent scorer- Eric Moore - nobody knows why. They just look like they don't care out there anymore. I don't know if the coach lost them or what. They have the talent to compete in the MAC, but right now there's just no fire. But like I said even with passion I don't know how well they would do in the MAC. Our offense is predictable, we have too many turnover prone players, and the rest of the conference coaches are finally figuring it out.
Come on give my Cards some cred, they played tough tonight, they outplayed Pitt by far tonight, maybe the score would have been a little tighter if a few calls went another way, same could be said for some on Louisville, hands down they win that game though.
no doubt cards outplayed pitt, refs didnt make pitt shoot 0-11 on 3s to start out. But Pitt is a much better team and the score would have been alot closer if ville didnt get EVERY call (i dont know how any calls could have gone the other way for ville) and pitt might have won the game if they would have gotten the benefit of the doubt from the refs at home (like i think they should, since i had pitt ml lol)
No doubt about it though, Ville outhustled Pitt and their bigs were much more dominant.
