when these two get together, theyre absolute grinders. pitt cant shoot against syracuse's zone and syracuse has trouble scoring on pitt's defense.

not many faces have changed on these rosters, and last year they played two slugfests.

pittsburgh 66 syracuse 45 (29-23 halftime)
syracuse 49 pittsburgh 46 (pitt 22-19 halftime)

take it back one more year to 2003 and their long meeting was 67-65.

these are also too bad free throw shooting teams so its gonna be tough for either to really pull away.

syracuse has put up some big offensive numbers vs. the mutants of the big east the last few weeks. but pitt gives them trouble.

dont see this one cracking 130

Gman, can attest that I am huge over player and love to see scoring. I was looking at this game all day and decided to pass. Me passing is huge because I love to play a nationally televised game over.
